How does the Roast Lux subscription work?
Each month we partner with a different Australian roaster and send you a curated coffee box. You’ll receive freshly roasted coffee, a story card about the roaster, and a small treat.

Can I choose my coffee?
Yes. You can stay on the rotating “Roaster of the Month” or switch to a coffee you’ve previously received and loved.

Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Yes — you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account. No lock-in contracts.

When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged automatically based on your selected delivery frequency.

Coffee

Is the coffee freshly roasted?
Yes — all coffee is roasted fresh before dispatch to ensure the best flavour.

Do you offer whole beans or ground coffee?
We offer both. You can choose your grind type when purchasing or subscribing.

Where does the coffee come from?
We work with a range of independent Australian roasters, showcasing different regions, styles, and flavour profiles each month.

Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all subscription orders include free shipping Australia-wide.

How long does delivery take?
• Metro: 2–4 business days  
• Regional: 3–7 business days  

Do I get tracking?
Yes — you’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Orders & Returns

Can I return coffee?
Due to the nature of fresh coffee, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.

What if my order is wrong or damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll sort it quickly.

Equipment

Do you sell coffee machines and grinders?
Yes — we offer a small curated range of high-quality machines and grinders for home baristas.

Can I return equipment?
Yes — unused items can be returned within 14 days in original packaging.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there are no lock-in contracts. You’re in full control.

Do you ship outside Australia?
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
