Orders are roasted fresh and dispatched within 24–48 hours to ensure maximum freshness.
Estimated delivery times:
• Metro areas: 2–4 business days
• Regional areas: 3–7 business days

Subscriptions
Your Roast Lux subscription is delivered on a recurring schedule based on your selected frequency.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account.
Each monthly box includes:
• Freshly roasted coffee from our featured roaster
• A story card with tasting notes and origin details
• A small curated treat

Returns
Due to the nature of fresh coffee, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Equipment Returns
Coffee machines and grinders may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
